ON 10/20 & 10/21 WE EXPERIENCED SUSTAINED WINDS OF 25 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OVER 40 MPH RESULTING IN SIGNIFICANT EAR LOSS AND LODGING IN MANY OF THE CORN TRIALS.

***SPECIAL SEASONAL NOTES: On October 20th and 21st the Irrigation Research Foundation and many surrounding farmers were heavily impacted by high sustained winds. The result was significant ear loss and lodging to our corn crops. We were fortunate to have already harvested our Dry Edible Beans, Soybeans and Grain Sorghum.
